Sexual assault in the U.S. military is on the rise. Internal documents reveal the Pentagon’s entertainment liaison offices have spent decades censoring films and TV shows to cover up the extent of the problem.
PULP Magazine have just published my latest piece on the military-Hollywood sex crime cover up, which expands and adds to my previous analysis of this issue. Using numerous files from several decades of Pentagon-Hollywood collaborations I detail the projects that were rejected (and some, consequently, never made) as well as numerous script changes enforced on film and TV producers to make it look like the US military doesn’t have a sexism or sex crime problem, when in reality that problem is very real and on a massive scale.
Please read this article and share it around because this piece is part of my new approach to spreading the word about the poisonous effect of the ELOs.
