The CIA recently launched a new outreach effort – its own podcast.  In this subscribercast I review and analyse The Langley Files, which vacillates between being intensely dull and remarkably revealing, though often unintentionally.  From the updates to the CIA’s museum to what they look for in a recruit, to how they chose the slogan for their 75th anniversary events to why they employ historians, this is a sideways look at one of the more unusual government PR efforts.

Note: while this would usually be a subscriber-only episode, as a Christmas present to you all I decided to make it available for everyone, though subscribers got it a few days early.
